Touches of Pearl

Touches of pearl ... I have always been attracted to pearl although I do not have large collections of them... I like the look of aged pearls to use for display and the color for Christmas use... Aged pearls coming from a antique or vintage piece always seems to atract my eye although it is a muted color I am still very much pleased by it... Being in the design business for years one would think I am attracted to bright colors.... I am not... I feel very stand back at bright colors .....I read a cheerful person loves yellows.. reds... bright blues and alot of primmary colors and I just think OH MY GOSH...... I do like a fushia... but only in flowers and clothing... I am a strange lot.......

I love pearl too, Marietta! To me it is every bit as elegant as diamonds are ~ and muted colors are for me as well, nothing loud or bright. Muted is soothing, restful and nostalgic. You are a woman after my own heart! xxoo, Dawn

Oooooh! I love the pearl frame and the collage of buttons and buckles! Beautiful arrangement on your table!
I agree with Dawn--love the muted, soft colors--so soothing!
Blessings!
