50 Years of Celebration

Good morning... I wanted to share with you a scarf I found the other day at touches... Inspired with touches of the past, my eyes seem to search out this lovely piece as it was the only one in the shop.... I think it was meant for me.... I am going to wear it tonight for my 50th class reunion party and then will display it in my home in some way..... I do not know if this item is handmade as I found no manufactures tag on it.... It is a lovely creme crochet with a heavy soft gauze mounted behind but is very light weight...
Last night we as a committee had made a back up plan for our first night of our weekend reunion event..... We were suppose to have been honored at a Defiance football game but it had rained all day and into the evening so we had a backup set up with Primos ,months ago, a restaurant and bar, in case this happened... Well ,needless to say none of us chose to go to the game so we were all delighting in each others company at Pimo's.... Tonight is our main event and dinner and entertainment.... It is wonderful when nurtured friendships bring people together from all over the United States.... Even if you don't have a large event going on this weekend in your life please remember..... EVERY OCCASION IS A CELEBRATION......
