Words To Comfort

First of all ,I would like for several of my blogging and personal friends to know many of you are in my thoughts and prayers as I write this post...
I would like to have just the right words to say to warm and comfort you but the only ones that seems to surface is " I CARE"... Health issues with ones self or loved ones and job losses seem to be touching many of you. I certainly know it was for myself over months of the last year. I promise to try to add a smile to your stressed faces now and then and will try to share blessings and creations of smaller size... Seems unfair to boost of large purchases { which of course are not taking place at our home... Well , I guess I made a very large purchase last evening at the drug store when I got my meds for the month... at least it cleaned out my checking account.... but thanks God I was able to purchase them} You see I really do understand fully some of the searches of how am I going to do this that haunt us due to happenings in our life.

I am so very thankful I can find much pleasure in so many small things... Love sweet little creations made with love and finding love little objects.... Would I love to have some large things to WOW me... You bet I would.... But, I don't need them... I am so grateful for the wisdom through the years of knowing that... Otherwise I would be a very unhappy person... I am going to indulge in the pleasure I can have from creations and small finds and take my life shuffles as they come... and enjoy all my wonderful friends and treasures I can... There are many ways of embellishment..... to add to ones life..... Blessings wished for each and every one of you......

I too feel for so many with troubles of all kinds. It seems epidemic in our nation. Life is so fragile, and all can be taken in a moment. I will not take this day for granted as it could be the last. I know who is in controll.
God Bless you Marietta!

What a very sweet post, Marietta. Your kind wishes for us all. I do appreciate the very small things in life, which is an attitude usually developed with maturity. I feel blessed that I have achieved this thus far. Wishing you a happy and warm Thursday.

As we grow older we finally realize we can only eat at one table and sleep in one bed. If we have those then anything else is just an extra. Age also I think helps us to appreciate a bird in flight, a perfect rose, or even snow. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
