Lovely for serving tea with the iced cakes....Good morning... last night we experienced some storms, teamed with tornadoes in surrounding areas... Mother Nature has been showing her strength and unpleasant nature the past few weeks and now still with a very windy day.... My blogging friend, Sandi http://waysidetreasures-sandi.blogspot.com was right in the heavy part of the storms and I was so glad to find she and hubby are fine this morning but have loss of power.... Sandi is one talented woman who brings sunshine to the pages of her blog and shows us the love of family and friends.Like many ladies with unique talent expressing their own special ways... all of you make my world just alittle more beautiful.. Like yummy icing on these cakes... For me, visiting my favorite blogs is a bit like going to the mailbox and sorting through your mail... the bills, catalogs, promos, and then something with a touch of personality touched your eyes... Lovely handwriting... You smile and set it aside for inspiration. When you view blogs it is as if you pick a flower ... then you pick another and another till you have gathered a lovely bouquet, that becomes beautiful... Blogging is a destination all by itself... I know many of my readers are not bloggers... but I invite you to seek further and bake your own cake and ice it and join the blogging world... It's like calling dibs on the icing left in the bowl... Sharing with others, you can't do any better unless you tucked us in bed at night with a kiss on the forehead right after having a snack.. { hum... a slice of one of those cakes would be fine} Then comes thoughts of puffy clouds , thoughts of inspirations from friends and hopefully a peaceful sleep... Then in the morning once again with your pillows all in the right spot ... you come to your computer and share lovely thoughts and moments of happenings with your friends.....
