Sweet Image You And Musings

Good morning .... Looking out my window, I view very grey skies and rain falling... We really need the rain... while digging up the back yard to get to the drains the soil was so very hard and fell like powder...

This morning is better for me than yesterday.. I am at home and going to decorate my main little tree that has just been brought up from the storage room. I decorated my little sweet antique stove yesterday wit a snow evergreen garland and little bits of snow are lurking... I knew the tree is also snow covered so I will clean it all up when I have it done... Yesterday didn't go as well as I would have liked at my doctors appointment... but I have given myself a attitude adjustment and will remain positive through this journey we call life. My meds had to be increased of which is disturbing as it means I am not doing as well and also stretches a already very tight budget... But rather ashamed of myself in that thought process I shook my head in positive thoughts this morning thinking to myself you weren't told you have cancer and a short time to live so get with it.... I will smile and move forward and figure it out as I do so...

We will be busier than usual the next couple days as Tom's daughter is a teacher and guidance counselor for Tinora Schools and she is in Columbus for a couple days for state meetings. Her husband is also a teachers and happens they have parents - teachers days and he won't be home till about 9 in the evening so.... with our extra family of two we will be somewhat busier... When asked what they wanted for supper tonight it was steak... So steak... baked potatoes and salad and watermelon it is for this evening...

Seems my decorating has slowed down due to interruptions from drainage to grand kids..... Well my goal is still to be completed on the inside by the end of the week...
