Many are not allowing old doors and old windows to find there way to the landfills as they may have a few years ago.. There are so many really creative ways to breathe new life into these old items... The following sites have some very clever ideas... Wouldn't you just love that little old door and wood pallet idea in your studio? Seems the next couple months will be a great time to keep your eyes alerted to these curbside finds.....

Great ideas! I already saw the window/door conservatory/green house in a book I bought about salvage design... it's such a great idea!
I haven't seen the "sofa" idea, and love that there's storage below for books or magazines! As a headboard is also cool.
A friend of mine used them in her backyard, to create a room-like feel, but she put mirrors instead of glass behind the panes. Very interesting look!
