Peaceful Holiday and Family Time

I have been up since 6:30 a.m. preparing for Tom's son and family that are arrived from Indianapolis, Indiana this morning... Tom and his son.. daughter and grandson are off to Wauseon golfing as I am posting and Jen went to spend some time with her side of the family.... I am to have a meal prepared for them when they return later this afternoon so have been hitting those pots and pans...

I have shared with you a few more of the shots I took when attending the garden walk last week... These shots are more of a casual... re-purpose type of gardens and were very appealing and sweet... While viewing gardens and homes I always love hearing comments that people think and say about others homes... Some are pleasing and some may be said in rather a negative manner.. What one person finds attractive the other may find are very pleasing to the eye... Just as some objects rejected by one person may be waiting for another to fall in love with them all over again... The one home I posted about on the first garden post was just all over the moon comments ... Some knew they could not live in that style however and found it to be quite exquisite however as I did... Usually my thoughts tend to lend itself to how creative a person is... I love hat they just do not go out and buy expensive items and create something unique....

You certainly do not have to have the finest to offer simple kindness of sharing and offering simple offerings of coming for coffee, or iced beverages... I believe it is important however if just a friend or two is coming to use china and glass for serving and not paper or plastic... I know paper is great for larger gatherings and I am using paper today cause it is a large gathering and the grandkids ect. really don't have a appreciation for china... as your friends may feel that they are special when using this treatment... Even thought you want to be informal this is a sure way of adding a touch of class and I know we all love that now and then... Gifts from grandmothers home and belongings ... along with some blooms may such always be the perfect touch of sweetness and just a hint of romance when presented in this manner...

Sending out wishes that you all have a peaceful but very happy and safe Fourth Of July.... We do not have allot of plans... private fireworks on Sat.. maybe and a mixed couples golf outing on Monday..{ was there any doubt of that} ans sounds as though it may be a very good pool weekend..... Temps are suppose to edge right up into the 90's and that will heat up out pool water once again from our chilly nights...

Many blessed moments over this holiday wishes for you.....
