Christmas Time.... The Most Magical Time Of The Year

Christmas time.... A time to rejoice and give unto others... Christmas celebrates the birth of the Christian savior. Tis the season for parties and merriment. A gift of creativity is truly one from the heart and one I cherish the most...
Need a little something special for the grand kids? Why not create them a "Sugarplum Tree"... wrapped candies, suckers, cans, cookies... let your imagination be your inspiration for this one... Think like a child and you will make little ones as well as adults very happy when they come for a visit... You can always replenish your tree. A smaller tree would be ideal for this project... Just remove and enjoy and a treat for all. A great place for this little adornment and treat tree is in the entrance as you come and go.. It is a bit like Halloween..
Christmas comes just once a year but it's enjoyment deserves to not be limited to a few days in December but remembered a longer time after, There are wonderful adventures that come to those whom keep their eyes and hearts open.. It can be a things of beauty in the mind's eye. Quiet evenings spent peering at lovely decorations...trees in their finest, garlands draped on mantels and banisters, in a hall or doorway... All these very effective to the eye and setting a wonderful mood...

In the above illustration I have shown you a very easy way to bend a form from a hanger to make a fresh swag... Securing pines or greenry of your choice with cord or thin wire... I like a waxed cord the best... Easier on the fingers....

Somehow Christmas has always been indeed the most wonderful time of the year. Ever since I was a little child I love lighting candles, the smell of the christmas tree, the beautiful music in the background and the harmonious atmosphere. Have a great day, Ira x
